By using ‘1-call-does-it-all’ parts location service you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read the following carefully before using the services available.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice, so you should check these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes. By using ‘1-call-does-it-all’ services after any changes have been made you agree to accept those changes, whether you have or have not reviewed them. If at any time you disagree with these Terms and Conditions, please stop using ‘1-call-does-it-all’'s services.
Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all of the sites and services owned or used by ‘1-call-does-it-all’ but do not apply to any sites that ‘1-call-does-it-all’ only links to (.e.g. hyperlinks on the website).
Restrictions
The contents of this site are protected by copyright and trademark laws and are the property of ‘1-call-does-it-all’ unless otherwise noted. You may only access the content within this site for personal use.

‘1-call-does-it-all’ Scope
‘1-call-does-it-all’ acts only as an introducer between consumer and part locator service, ‘1-call-does-it-all’ will not be held responsible for any error with parts request, or any subsequent parts ordered or parts supplied. The consumer accepts to be bound by the terms and conditions of each service used. The consumer is solely responsible for checking (a) which part locator has been used in making you request; (b) which parts supplier has contacted you and to confirm which parts location service the supplier was registered on (c) whether all quotes for parts requested contain the correct information, (d) whether all part quotes supplied by the supplier (i.e. part supplier and not ‘1-call-does-it-all’) conform and are consistent with the part quote requested. The consumer is solely responsible for keeping appropriate records of all conversations with the supplier be it by phone or email. Parts ordered are covered by the specific supplier's warranties and ‘1-call-does-it-all’ will not be held responsible for any problems or discrepancies. No refunds will be given by ‘1-call-does-it-all’ to any consumer for parts incorrectly ordered or any parts supplied incorrectly. The consumer is responsible for checking that the part(s) requested on their behalf are the parts they want, and that any parts ordered are the correct part. Any problems with any ordered part/parts the consumer should take the issue up with the supplier. ‘1-call-does-it-all’ will do their very best to assist in issues but do not guarantee any refunds to a consumer.
Contacting the Supplier of the provided Number
Callers who phone the suppliers contact number supplied with a part quote need to be 18 years old or above and have the full permission of the person who pays the bill. We will not be held responsible for any unauthorised use of your telephone to access our services as this is out of our control.
